This really is an amazing product. I use this in combination with healer (just a very tiny amount of healer) on damp hair just before blow drying. They make my hair so glossy, more than any other product I have ever tried. It also does a very good job keeping frizz away. I never want to be without it....highly recommend!

The Smooth Operator & Reduce are one of the "Holiday cocktails" recommended this season, which I wasn't aware of until after I ordered them by chance a few weeks ago. Let's put it this way, no other hair care products I know of (& I know & tried many), even come close to what these products have done for my hair. A few weeks ago I had my hair done at a salon & while they did a good job, I received more compliments after i washed & styled my hair, using Tela products. Smooth Operator is amazing it coats the hair with a light, clear, strengthening serum you apply before blow drying & or flat ironing, that leaves your hair healthy, silky and shiny. I would cry if they stop making these products. I must add that I'm in no way affiliated with this company, but I wouldn't mind being an ambassador because the results speak for themselves! It is surprising that I'm the first to write a review. This is an exceptional brand. My hair was so damaged people would actually comment about my hair in a, not- so-good way. My hair was dry, dull & unruly. It just wouldn't hold a style. As a woman of color I was finding it hard to maintain my natural hair the way I desired. Continued use of flat irons & blow drying just destroyed it. But now I'm receiving comments almost ever day on how great my hair looks now! And the heat protection I get from these styling products is such a Godsend! No more Frizz!! Thank you Tela Organics!! Please don't ever change what you're doing!
